The Snuggly Snood is a snood / cowl knitted in the round with only 1 skein of super chunky yarn and about 1 or 2 hours of your time (depending on how fast you knit). Perfect to use up those leftover chunky skeins in your stash, or to make for one of your loved ones as a present.
The reason I created the Snuggly Snood pattern is because I love a good “tight” fitted snood that’s actually super warm and I’m obsessed with twisted rib, combine the 2 and there you have the Snuggly Snood!
It’s a super quick but still fun project, perfect if you wanna learn twisted ribbing stitch or a new way to cast on if the long tail cast on is the only way you know.

Materials
Yarn: Approximately 80 meters, for example 1 skein of We Are Knitters The Wool (80 meter per 200g) or any other yarn that meets the required gauge.
Needles: 12mm, 40cm circular knitting needles.
Other: 1 stitch marker to mark the beginning of the round, a darning needle & scissors.

Tension
10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4” = 10 stitches x 12 rows in twisted rib stitch on 12 mm needles.

Sizing and fit
This snood / cowl is a tight fitted design in one size.
