Here is a beautiful Easter egg-themed blanket crochet pattern which makes an adorable receiving blanket - perfect to gift at the next baby shower you are invited to . This baby-sized afghan will keep your bundle of joy feeling safe and warm.

Whilst the included pattern is sized for a baby (90 x 130cm), with the use of some simple calculations it can be adapted to create a crocheted blanket of any size. It can be crocheted with any weight of yarn or size of crochet hook, although this will affect the final size too.

The combination of filet crochet and colourwork included within this pattern makes it suitable for adventurous beginners and above. It is only available in English.
