Can be made with any size or hook- I prefer to use a size H for a slightly looser, stretchier soap saver and sport cotton yarn for a soft feel and a durable lifetime to the finished product.
Can be made with thicker yarn but the beginning chain will need to be shorter if for a generic-sized soap bar. The gauge written is for sport/DK baby cotton.
