If you have the most basic crochet skills, you absolutely can make this. A bit of single crochet, some increases and decreases. Some chains and slip st to dress it all up and you have a bit of creative miracle in your own hands!

Blue Embroidery thread
Gold colored copper wire
wire cutters, round nose pliers and/or needle nose pliers.
(these are all available very inexpensively at craft supplies and online)
fiber fill
basics: scissors, yarn needles, hooks, etc.
