I held the socks up to my son for his approval. He said, “Cool! What are they called?” I told him I had no idea. He beamed. “They’re sockadelic!” And so the sockadelic socks were named. After that, what else could you call them? On these socks, a modified k2, p1 rib flows into the wavy chevron pattern that is strong enough to stand up against this wonderfully bright and crazy yarn. The purl ridges break up any pooling and stand out like little ruffles. Instructions are written for magic loop, but this can easily be worked on dpns as well.
