Sockin’ around the Christmas Tree is a Christmas tree sock designed to showcase the beautiful Christmasy Set by Sweet Mountain Crafts. It features cabled Christmas trees on the front panel, and peppermint twist cables all the way around. The toe and planned afterthought heel use a coordinating mini.

Finished Size: S (M, L) 7” (8”, 9” around), unstretched

Yarn: Sweet Mountain Crafts Scree Sock, 80% SW Merino/20% Nylon, 389 yards/100g (Sample was knit in Christmasy Set, which includes a 20g mini of a coordinating colorway). You will also need about 10” of a high-contrast (from the main color) scrap fingering weight yarn for the afterthought heel placement.

Needles: Set of 5 double-pointed needles or two circular needles size 2 US (2.75 mm), or size to obtain gauge

Gauge: 8 stitches per inch in stockinette, knit in the round.
