Soda Cans
Whether you call it soda, pop, or something else, fizzy drinks are fun! Customize for different flavors with the included options or change it up to represent your favorite drink.
A quick no-sew project for crocheters with moderate experience (shaping, colorwork, and no-sew assembly add complexity). Detailed photos, videos, and notes are included to help with each step of the project.
About 2 1/2” tall in worsted weight (4) yarn and 3.5 mm hook but adapts well to any yarn weight. Stitches up in less than an hour. Makes a perfect ornament, keychain, mini stuffie, toy, or decoration for a doorknob or workspace.
Worked in the round. Colorwork charts are included for the different flavor options. If you don’t want to mess with changing colors, you could also experiment with making fruit appliques out of felt or keep it simple with a solid color can. Keep in mind toys with glued-on felt details should be kept away from pets or young children.
Special thanks to the testers Aunt Fanny, arjailove, crochetingcryptids, kballard, and myohmymy!
For safety, crocheted toys should be discarded if they are damaged from vigorous play.
