Soeur is inspired by multiple sources. The beautiful Big Sister yarn by YOTH yarns, the feeling of the fog settling into the forests and the mood evoked from Picasso’s blue period. Soeur is part of a collaboration series with Annie Haas of This Bird Knits and YOTH yarns.

The pullover is worked with a provisional cast on for the upper body with a mobius stitch detailing across the front and a garter ridge detail across the back. The sleeves are picked up and knitted down in the round then flat for where the split starts. The bottom hem of the sweater is picked up from the live cast on stitches and worked in the round before the split then worked the front and back flat.

Sample shown is size 40 on a 33” bust. Intended positive ease of 5”-8”.
