This is a recipe for a top-down triangular shawl that can be made in virtually any yarn, at any gauge. The lace stitch pattern used is reminiscent of a flaming chalice, the symbol of the Unitarian Universalist faith tradition, and I’ve created this design in support of Rev. Sofia Betancourt’s campaign for president of the UUA.
