This soft and gorgeous cowl is simple to make and only uses (just under) one 50g skein of yarn!

Knitted in stretchy and snuggly 100% merino wool, it has great fullness and shape and is totally machine washable - perfect for busy parents and active toddlers.

A great, quick and easy project for starter knitters to practice important skills like working in the round and ribbing.

One size only - Toddler 1 - 3 years (12-36 months).

INSTRUCTIONS IN BRITISH ENGLISH / UK TERMINOLOGY.

YOU WILL NEED:

Two pairs of 40cm circular needles (3.5mm / 5.0mm).
50g 100% merino superwash yarn (DK weight) - I used Drops Merino Extrafine in Light Yellow.
Tapestry needle, stitch marker, scissors.

SKILLS:

Cast on, knit stitch, purl stitch, joining in the round (instructions given), binding off, weaving in ends.
