Having grown a bit weary of those winter color staples, namely black and white, I’ve gone a bit “cowl crazy” since it’s cheaper to buy a skein of pretty yarn than a wardrobe of coats. This cowl uses the linked double crochet stitch, creating a cushy, warm fabric that hugs the neck. Optional short rows in front make the cowl dip down in front for added warmth.
