Let me introduce you to Sommerblüten, your next pair of fun and cosy house socks! Meaning ‘Summer Blooms’ in German, they reflect the natural and botanical qualities of the beautiful, naturally dyed Origin, a 100% German merino from Raincloud & Sage. Being a natural sock yarn greatly influenced the design. Though a relatively rustic and hard-wearing yarn, I wanted to give the socks extra strength and durability, which led to the slipped stitch pattern you see today.

With their multiple style and fit options, you can make your Sommerblütens exactly how you wish. I can’t wait to see how you make yours!

This pattern has been professionally tech edited and test knit.

Happy knitting! x
