This is a simple stranded beanie with a Shetland ram’s head motif. It’s my first pattern release, so bear with me as I battle technology. Revisions just made for K1, P1 rib, which I like better. I’d love feedback on the pattern and to see your finished projects.

I’ve been knitting it lately in some Cascade 220 Heathers and Lettlopi that are as nice as the originals done in my Shetland yarns produced in my family’s mill in Colorado (Sheep Camp Wool Mill.) I highly recommend Elemental Affects, Sweet Tree Hill, Foula Wool and Jamieson’s yarns for this too. I want to try it in Black Sheep Creamery’s Bunker Creek too…
