Song and Dance

This pattern is available for €6.00 EUR buy it now

The official knitting pattern of Yarnfolk 2019, the Song and Dance pullover celebrates the warm and multi-stranded community of knitters in Northern Ireland. Drawing upon a range of local stylistic influences, this easy colourwork sweater knits up quickly in DK-to-Aran weight yarn.

Worked in the round from the top down, this pattern is suitable for novice sweater knitters who are familiar with stranded colourwork. While a maximum of two colours is ever worked at a time, this versatile design can feature either 3 or 6 colourways in total, enabling knitters to support multiple yarn producers and dyers as they explore the booths at Yarnfolk Festival of Wool.

This pattern includes written instructions, a measurements schematic, a colourwork chart, and an appendix with tips for colour selection and modifications.
