The Song Bird Totem is worked from the beak to the neck in the round. The optional trim is added after the head is finished. This design can be made using any weight yarn to achieve a different sized bird head from teeny tiny to oversized. Ten color variations are included in the written instructions, but you can easily adjust the colors and really go wild!
