The Sophia Bag, named after Italian cinema icon Sophia Loren, is a quintessential summer accessory.
Knit entirely in-the-round, yarnovers and slipped stitches are used to create its simple yet elegant texture.

Sizes: One size
Measurements: 26 x 24cm 10 x 9.5” excluding handles
Yarn: 100g of Wool and the Gang ‘Ra-Ra-Raffia’ (100g = 250m / 270y)
Or equivalent DK/ sport weight yarn.
Needles: 4.0mm US 6 circular.
Notions: 2 removable stitch markers and a tapestry needle.
Gauge: 26 x 24 = 10cm/4” in textured stitch pattern.

The yarn used in the sample is Ra-Ra Raffia in Desert Palm.
