We know it may be snowing outside where you live, but you can dream of warmer days ahead while crocheting designer Susan Lowman’s spectacular Sorrel River Tunic. Exquisitely constructed of different motifs and stitched in bamboo-blend NaturallyCaron.com Spa yarn, this tunic has exceptional drape and style. Worn over a simple cami and trousers, the Sorrel River Tunic will make a fashion statement that is all your own.

FINISHED MEASURMENTS
Bust: 36 (42, 52)“/91.5 (106.5, 132) cm
Length: 24 (28, 29 1/4)”/61 (71, 74.5) cm

GAUGE
With size G-6 (4mm) hook for size S/M: Motif = 6” diameter, measured diagonally; 4” square.
With size H-8 (5mm) hook for L/1X: Motif = 7” diameter, measured diagonally; 5” square.
With size 7 (4.5mm) hook for 2X/3X: Motif = 6 1/2” diameter, measured diagonally; 4 1/2” square.

NOTE: The instructions for joining the motifs are not as clear as they could be. I’ve copied and pasted the stitch diagram for 4 motifs to show how they are joined (without changing the appropriate chains to sl sts, but it should give you the idea of how/where to join the motifs). The symbol chart is available here as one of the photos. The yellow dots show where to join for a 1-sided joining. The pink dots show where all 4 motifs are joined.

For extra help with the motif joining instructions, please send me a message on Ravelry (crochetarchitect) and I will reply as soon as possible.
