C4F- slip 2 stitches to stitch holder and hold to the front of the work, knit next 2 stitches from the left needle, knit the 2 stitches from stitch holder

C4B- slip 2 stitches to stitch holder and hold to the back of work, knit next 2 stitches from left needle, knit the 2 stitches from the stitch holder
