3tog - a dec that uses 3 sts instead of 2 
Popcorn stitch - Work 4dc in the same sp, remove your hook, dropping the loop on the hook. Insert your hook from front to back under the top 2 loops of the first dc of the group. Grab the dropped loop with your hook and pull it through the st. This is one popcorn
