Soundwaves is a soothing, flowing pattern that is easy to memorise and works up quickly.
It shows off variegated yarns particularly well due to the staggered longer lengths of dropped yarn overs.
It features a triple layered picot edge cuff which works on both the regular length and shortie version.
I have used one colour for the body of the main sock and two colours on the shortie sock. The two colour variation work best using the variegated yarn for A and a high contrast semi solid for B.
Instructions are for shortie socks and regular length.
