The Sous-sus Cowl is worked in the round using a combination of
waistcoat stitches and slip stitches. The pattern has a “knit-like” look to it, mimicking a
stockinette and garter stitch to create a weaving design.
This cowl does not use a specific gauge. Use any yarn and hook you like! I recommend
sizing up the hook from what the yarn label suggests so that the stitches are not too
tight. The sample shown is made with DK weight yarn and a 5.5mm hook.
