The South Beach Cowl is a basic cowl shape with charted colourwork and works well with two starkly contrasting colours. Worked in DK weight yarn it knits up into a super squishy accessory perfect for those windy beach walks.

Directions are included to knit the cowl which when blocked and laid flat measures approximately 11” wide and 9” tall, though information is included on how to increase the width of your cowl.

This pattern should need approxiamately 45g of a main colour and 25g in a contrasting colour in DK weight yarn.

Sample shown in Teri Dowe: The Ungrateful Wench, hand dyed superwash merino DK.

3.5mm and 4mm 60cm circular needles required, or size to obtain gauge, or a fabric that you are happy with for colourwork.
