This elegant jar topper fits a wide-mouth canning jar. It looks nice filled with sewing sundries, or you can use it as a pin-cushion. It would look nice on a little girl’s dresser to hold her hair accessories.

You could also use it for bath salts, cotton balls, etc. The doll has lots of detail, and can be made separately as a 4-inch miniature bed doll.

Crochet the doll from size 10 thread with a size 7 hook, and the lid skirt from size 10 thread with a size 5 hook.

The booklet has 12 pages of instructions and photos, including color photos of the finished doll.

Materials and Supplies Needed:

• Size 10 crochet thread (Cebelia DMC was used for model): skin color, dress color, dress trim color, tan or desired hat color (Coats Metallic Knit-Cro-Sheen – Gold/Gold is a nice choice for hats); white for base of jar topper – less than 1 ball of each color is required.
• Size 80 tatting thread for flowers, 2 or 3 colors to coordinate with dress if you wish to crochet your own flowers. Alternatively, you may use purchased ribbon roses in lieu of crocheted flowers.
