Addendum: There has been some confusion over the way this pattern is written. The stitch count is CORRECT. To try to clarify, inside the seed stitch border, Row 3 begins and ends with p2. Similarly, Row 4 begins and ends with k2. If it helps, think of it as a knitted palindrome. Hope this is helpful!
