Have you ever been called a ‘Snowflake’ as a result of expressing your heartfelt views? I have designed this hat for those of us who wear that label proudly! It is a fusion of crochet and knitting, worked top down, starting with the crochet snowflake crown, before picking up and knitting to the bottom of the hat. It is written using UK crochet terms, and there is a chart available at the end, however I would love to see different interpretations of the crown, as we are all unique snowflakes! The suggested yarn is one I happened to have in my stash, but this hat would look beautiful in all its precious snowflake-y glory in an indie-dyed yarn.
