Just in time for some crazy last minute Christmas knitting come the Speedy Stockings! Worked up in Lamb’s Pride Bulky on size 10.5 needles, one of these stockings can easily be completed in a long, lazy afternoon of knitting! But you get two stocking for the price of one! There is a cabled version and a textured chevron version.

Each stocking uses a bit less than 1.5 skeins of Lamb’s Pride Bulky in your choice of colors. So if you have 3 skeins you can easily make 2 stockings. The samples are shown in Red Hot Passion and Kiwi. The cuff uses 1/4 skein of White Frost - so one skein goes a long way.

It is suggested that you use ribbon to make the hanging tab so it won’t stretch out. And if you’re the sewing sort you can easily line these stockings with fabric.

These patterns are offered in written and charted format.
