Die Herausforderung war eine Strickschrift zu entwickeln um eine Schrift in der Double Face Technik auf beiden Seiten lesbar stricken zu können.
Ich habe dazu jede zu strickende Reihe in 2 Musterreihen dargestellt, eine für die Vorder- und eine die gespiegelt Rückseite.
Wer das gerne mal ausprobieren möchte kann die Anleitung zum Notenschlüssel gratis herunterladen.
Kommt ihr damit zurecht und möchtet selbst eine Schrift spiegeln, müsst ihr also jede Reihe doppelt zeichnen, einmal so wie man sie liest und in der Reihe darüber in einer Kontrastfarbe gespiegelt. Das heisst wenn ihr ein Karopapier nehmt zeichnet ihr erst eine Reihe das Muster von links nach rechts und darüber noch einmal von rechts nach links in einer anderen Farbe ein. Das kann schnell ziemlich aufwendig sein und wenn ihr mit meiner Anleitung gut zurecht gekommen seid und eine besondere Schrift in eine Spiegelschrift - Anleitung umgewandelt haben möchtet, kann ich euch das gerne gegen ein kleines Entgelt (abhängig von Grösse und Aufwand) erstellen.

The challenge was to develop a knitting chart to knit a lettering legible on both sides using the double-face technique.
I have represented each row to be knitted in two pattern rows, one for the front and one for the mirrored back.
If you’d like to try this out, you can download the instructions for the treble clef for free.
If you’re comfortable with this and want to mirror a lettering yourself, you’ll need to draw each row twice: once as it reads and once mirrored in the row above in a contrasting color. This means that if you use graph paper, you first draw the pattern from left to right for one row and then again from right to left above in a different color. This can quickly become quite time-consuming, and if you’ve had a good go with my instructions and would like to have a particular lettering converted into a mirrored pattern, I’d be happy to do it for you for a small fee (depending on the size and effort involved).
