Spin It Dishcloth

This month’s Stitch Exploration Series pattern is inspired by vintage vinyl! By working stitches into the back loops and crocheting in the round, we create a texture and look that is reminiscent of a classic black vinyl record.

You will need:
-US G (4mm) crochet hook
-worsted (4) weight cotton yarn in 2 colours:

  • A: approx. 10 yds/9m
  • B: approx. 55 yds/50m

-notions: scissors, yarn needle, measuring tape

This pattern will make a dishcloth that is approx. 8.75” / 22.5cm in diameter, and includes instructions on how to modify the size.

Each month of the Stitch Exploration Series features a new free pattern using interesting and unique stitches or stitch combinations to help us expand our stitch repertoire, instead of always falling back on the same old familiar stitches. Follow along on the blog at www.capitalcrochet.ca!
