4 different colors; you’ll be needing the most yarn for the legs and the ruffle. I used less than one skein for each yarn color.

The clown is about 1 1/2 bananas long, depending on your materials.

I used a 4mm (head and hat) and a 4.5mm (limbs and ruffle) in some cheap acrylic yarn (I don’t exactly remember how much I used, but it’s a YARN HUNGRY critter.)

Size depends on your hooks and yarn type, but if possible, I recommend using a hook somewhere around 1- 1.5 mm smaller than what is recommended for your yarn. Ultimately, use whatever you’re most comfortable with.
