If you’ve been following me for a while, you know that I’m a big Splatoon lover! I’ve reviewed the second game, and even crocheted two patterns inspired by the previous games! Now, with the release of their newest game for the Nintendo Switch 2, Splatoon Raiders, I wanted to create another cute pattern to celebrate their first single-player-focused game. While I was torturing myself by watching the Splatoon Raiders Nintendo Direct, the bag charms the mechanic characters wore on their ink tanks caught my eye. One of them in particular, which resembled a shark! Based on the direct, I believe these charms are called gadgets? Specifically, the power tank gadget! I loved how cute this puffy shark looked, so I attempted to recreate them with my favorite form of art, crochet! I successfully recreated them and am sharing the pattern for you all in this post. Not only that, but I also filmed a crochet tutoriall on my YouTube channel, which you can watch and follow along as you make your own little shark power tank gadget!
