Spot Jumper is worked top down… with a splash of spots around the yoke.

A top-down, yoke-style sweater is constructed by knitting the neckline first, followed by the yoke, increasing to the underarm, holding sleeve stitches on scrap yarn, casting on new underarm stitches, knitting the body down, and finally returning held sleeve stitches to needles to knit in the round
