I love summer so when I see the cherry blossoms starting to bloom I know summer isn’t too far off. Cherry blossoms are one of my favorite things about spring. When I was selected to be featured on The Hook Nook Life blog I thought how would it be to design a pattern using faux fur yarn for the blossoms!

This pattern is worked in one long rectangle, folded in half, and seamed up the sides. The tree designed is added using the duplicate stitch. One of my favorite ways to do color work without carrying the yarn.

The pattern is beginner friendly.

I used Lion Brand Wool-Ease Thick & Quick and Go For Faux. Any Super Bulky (weight 6) yarn will work.
