An allover colourwork sock pattern to get you excited about Spring, even if it’s not technically tip-toe-through-the-tulips season quite yet. These fun, colourful socks are knit cuff down and feature a short row heel. They make me feel hopefully that warmer days will return!

Size
Adult 1 (2, 3)
Finished measurements (unstretched): 7.5 (8.75, 10)” (stretches comfortably up to about 11 (12, 13)” circumference as long as floats are loose). Leg and Foot lengths vary depending on knitter’s preference. Feel free to adjust needle size to achieve the finished size you like. Socks shown are size 1 work with zero ease around the ball of the foot and 2” of negative ease around the calf.

Yarn
Tanis Fiber Arts Sock, 115g = 440 yds
MC (Dragon): approx. 50g = 190 yds
CC1-5 (Retro, Goldenrod, Pink Grapefruit, Neon Red, Thrills): approx. 10g = 40 yds of each.

Gauge
32 sts & 36 rounds = 4” in colourwork pattern in the round after blocking.

Needles
2.25mm (US 1) 32”-40” / 80-100cm long circular needles (pattern is written for magic loop), or same size DPN’s or tiny circular needles if that’s your preference, or size needed to obtain gauge.
