Meet Spring Fling – a large, luscious crescent shawl that’s a fantastic first step into brioche. She’s light, drapey, and wonderfully wearable, with a graceful shape that wraps you up beautifully and works just as well bundled round your neck as it does tossed over your shoulders. And because she’s reversible, there’s no wrong side, which makes styling effortless.

Whether you’re new to brioche or a seasoned pro, Spring Fling is a joy to knit, she’s pretty addictive!

Her simple brioche techniques make her a fantastic project for adventurous beginners. Worked top-down, she features sweet eyelets, a graceful scalloped garter border, and tidy i-cord edging down the sides and along the bind-off for a polished finish.

You’ll love how the main colour dances with the two accent shades as you knit, creating a stunning, multi-dimensional piece that’s light and deliciously drapey yet large enough to keep you cosy.

Throw her over your shoulders for a pop of personality, or bundle her around your neck for extra warmth. Either way, Spring Fling will quickly be your go-to “feel-good” layer.
