Spring Honeycomb Shawl
A soft shawl for spring and summer nights. The three round motif pattern is easy to memorize, so it’s a great choice for when you’re on the go. This is a “join as you go” project, but you can make each motif separately and join them together afterwards if you like. (I recommend using a crab stitch seam if you do want to join them all at the end. An invisible seam won’t make the motifs pop as much.)
It measures 144cm (56.7”) wide by 75cm (29.5”) long
One motif is 9cm (3.5”) from side to side and 5cm (2”) along each side.
This pattern takes 8 balls of Patons Silk Bamboo. (Shown in Moss.) If you want to fill in some or all of spaces, I found I could get 12 motifs from one ball.
Please do not redistribute this pattern without my permission. As always, however, you can sell anything you make using it for charitable or personal profit.
