Spring is nearly here, and we all need a little more joy in our lives right now…these socks were drafted somewhat optimistically towards the end of the winter thinking about the promise of Spring, and although that is looking a little different now than a lot of us anticipated, hopefully this delicate leafy pattern can bring a little light to our days. After a few rows the intricate leaf pattern will start to emerge and the finished product will certainly give you a spring in your step!

Sizing:
Small: 7” – 7.5” foot circumference
Medium: 8” - 8.5” foot circumference
Large: 9” – 9.5” foot circumference

Materials:
2.75mm needles
Stitch markers
Crochet hook and tapestry needle for making up
Sock yarn, approx. 50-75g MC and 25g CC

These socks could be made using leftover yarn - they are ‘trainer sock’ length, sitting just below the ankle, so use very little yarn and are very comfortable to wear.

These socks are worked flat and seamed using kitchener stitch at the toe and crocheted up the side of the sock to create a comfortable, flat seam.

Thank you to my wonderful test knitter for her help with this project!
