The coming of spring conjures up feelings of simplicity, calm, and beauty. Easy days of beautiful weather, windows open, cool breeze, bright sunlight, and flowers.

Those feelings of spring are what inspired my Spring Peak Socks. These socks are simple and calming to make, and the finished project is beautiful. The lace patterning down the front looks like the budding leaves of all the trees and flowers, finally getting to open up again.

This pattern includes both written and charted instructions for the lace panel. And the heel included is my Short Cut Heel, a heel construction that requires No Short Rows!
