This pattern is made up of Granny Squares that are worked using the Jacob’s Ladder technique. This technique looks like rows of cables or chains.
I was able to make 3 squares per skein. Each square has a finished size of 14”. To get the finished size of 46”x60” for the blanket I used 12 squares and a border.
I used a Flat Slip Stitch to join the squares to give it simple lines. If you use a different technique to join the squares your blanket will be slightly larger.
You can make a larger or smaller blanket by adding or subtracting squares.
Squares can be made in any color or color combination you prefer.
