This little sprout is made with its own soil and fits snugly in 1 ½” terracotta craft pot. It never needs watering, it’s not picky about sunlight, and can keep you company anywhere.

Yarn: Aunt Lydia’s Crochet Thread Fashion 3 in: Coffee, Copper Mist, Lime, and Sage. Yarn can be substituted with any super fine (1) weight yarn or crochet thread.

Needles: Five (5) size 0 double pointed needles (dpn)

Extras: Batting, 6 mm safety eyes, mini terracotta pot measuring 1 ½“ tall and 1 ½“ in diameter, tapestry needle for assembly and embroidery, stitch holders or safety pins, stitch marker. (Beads or embroidery can be used in place of safety eyes.)

Techniques:

Cast on, Knit, Purl, Knit-in-the-Round, Knit Front and Back (Kfb), Purl Front and Back (Pfb), Knit Two Together (K2tog), Slip-Slip-Knit (Ssk), Purl Two Together (P2tog), Pass over (PO), Pick up (PU) Bind off
