The SQUARE DANCE Shawl is worked using the „Marl-Isle“-technique - which I once learned from Anna Maltz. It is worked with two threads held together in garter stitch only and completely surrounded by an iCord with double-knit squares placed at random all over the shawl. It is completely reversible and the size is adjustable.
Size of original sample: Right side with increases appr. 165 cm/65 inches, left side appr. 150 cm/59 inches, upper edge appr. 80 cm/31.5 inches.
Yarn: 2 x 100 gr fingering weight yarn, 380m/100 gr

Der SQUARE DANCE Shawl wird in der „Marl-Isle“-Technik gestrickt, die ich einst von Anna Maltz gelernt habe - doppelfädig kraus rechts mit rundum-laufendem iCord-Rand. Kleine Quadrate in Doppelstrick-Technik werden beliebig über das ganze Tuch verteilt. Das Tuch ist „reversible“ und kann jederzeit nach Erreichen der Wunschgröße beendet werden.
Größe des Originals: Rechte Seite ca. 165 cm, linke gerade Seite ca. 150 cm, obere Kante ca. 80 cm
Garn: 2 x 100 gr Garn der Kategorie “fingering weight” mit jeweils ca. 380 m/ 100 gr
