The new “Squares in a square” pattern is number ten in my Square series. Whether you use it as a spa cloth or blanket square, these patterns are great small projects to try a new stitch pattern with.

The pattern is fully written and also offers a chart. The finished size is 10.5” in height and 10” in height.

Yarn used
Organic cotton, 125 yards a skein in a DK weight.

Notions needed
US size 5 (3.75 mm) circular needle 20”
(51 cm) in length.
3 Stitch markers
Tapestry needle or crochet hook for finishing

Gauge
16 sts and 24 rows in 4” in stockinette stitch

Techniques applied
Knit, purl, bind off, weave in ends and block.
