When it’s cold outside and your neck really needs a hug, it’s time to break out the needles, your favourite worsted weight yarn and knit up this super fast cowl.
Originally designed for my 4 1/2 year old to keep his neck warm and toasty for those cold winter days outside but totally wearable for everyone.

Finished Size:
One size fits all; snug on adults and looser on children.
9.5”wide x 9”tall (24.4cm x 22.3cm) Laid flat, unblocked.

Materials:
Yarn:
1 skein FireFlyFibreArts Worsted Posh, 100% SW extrafine merino, 210 yards, 115g. (173 yards, 95g is needed)
Needles:
4.5mm (US 7) 16” (40cm) circular needle.
5mm (US 8) 16” (40cm) circular needle.
Or size needed to obtain gauge.

Gauge:
20 sts X 31 rows = 4” (10cm) with larger needle in stockinette stitch (unblocked).
