So many times I would go to my local coffee shop and really wanted to have a homemade coffee cozy instead of those cardboard sleeves that you get from the coffee shops. I wanted a cozy that had some cables and textures to make it more interesting.

I was able to knit mine in an afternoon but obviously that depends on how fast you knit. They make a great gift!

I used some scrappy bits of DK yarn to knit mine.

You will need a cable needle along with your knitting needles.
