Sørvest, Southwest in English, is an oversized vest with drop-down shoulders that is knitted from the bottom up. The vest is knitted in the round until you have finished the colourwork. Then it’s knitted back and forth, before the shoulders are sewn together. Then the hood is knitted back and forth and sewn together. Finally you pick up stitches and knit the buttonband and the rib along the arm holes.

10 cm stockinette stitch on needle size 3,5 mm= 22 stitches
