This sweater is a combination of costume inspired elements with modern simplicity. It incorporates short row shaping with a twist on the classic yoke design. It has traditional gathered sleeve caps and a simple modern slipped stitch yoke pattern.

The Sleeve Cap decrease pattern should read:
Working back and forth in stockinette st with reverse stockinette selvege st for 6.5(7.25, 7.25, 8.5, 8.75) inches, while decreasing 1 st at each end every other row 3x, then every 6(12, 10, 14, 14) rows, 1(2, 2, 2, 2)x, then every 0(0, 10, 0, 0) rows, 0(0, 1, 0, 0)x. End on WS row. –38(42, 38, 38, 42) sts.
