This knitting pattern features cables. If you haven’t ever worked cables, you might need help via YouTube to complete this pattern, but I consider this a fairly easy cable pattern and easily able to be remembered for quick knitting once you get through one pattern repeat.

Materials you will need to start my Staghorn Knit Gloves Pattern:

This pattern is written 2 ways: in the round and straight/flat. This is an advanced beginner pattern, but you must know how to knit in the round and cast onto circular needles. The straight needle version, knitting flat is easier as there is no thumb hole to create. You will need to sew the gloves up the side to finish.

I use flexible double points, but you can use straight traditional double points
---(4.5mm for size small), (5.5mm for large) double point knitting needles for size changes
---Cat 4 worsted weight (1 skein- 115 yards) I used Red Heart Roll With It and Cascade Pacific
---stitch markers, cable needle and needle for weaving ends.
