This top is a light and flirty festival top, great for the summer weather! It is perfect to wear over a bathing suit top on your way to the beach, or even as a fun crop top for a day out.

I started this top the day the fire broke out at the Notre Dame cathedral. This beautiful top was inspired by the Rose Window that somehow miraculously survived that terrible blaze. I wanted to capture some of the beauty in those iconic stained glass windows.

The top is very flexible on sizing, so it’s perfect for all shapes. Directions are written specifically for S - M (A-C cup), but easily can be adjusted to fit every body. Steps to achieve a larger size are included in pattern. Model is a size S-M top and a B cup.

For the S-M size, the top uses 1.5 skeins of Paintbox Yarns Cotton DK yarn which is a 100% cotton level 3, light weight yarn. I recommend using cotton, linen, or bamboo yarn for this project as they are light weight and breathable. However, acrylic yarn can probably be used as well. (Be aware cotton stretches when wet and wear top accordingly).

The top in the example pictures is crocheted in colorway Racing Green.

Pattern Edit: Correction to Row 6. Chart has been updated.
