I’m a Star!

This easy-to-do Star Frame is a cute way to make a special person’s photo stand out. As a Star Wreath, it adds a splash of color to a door or wall.

The pattern does require either a 15 cm or 20 cm STAR-SHAPED HOOP. A link to the ones I used is embedded in the PDF pattern. Simply click on the link to go directly to the Amazon page. (I am not compensated for this, it just works perfectly.)

Approximate finished sizes:
The 15 cm Star Hoop creates a 7.5-inch (19-cm) -wide Star.
The 20 cm Star Hoop creates a 9.5-inch (24-cm) -wide Star.

The written instructions include many photographs to help create either size Star Frame/Wreath. The pattern does require some simple sewing with the main color yarn. The knitted edging is worked flat.

You may decorate the Star Frame/Wreath using yarn, ribbon, pipe cleaners, jewels, beads, or flowers. So many star-wild ideas!
