This pattern is available for free.

This pattern is for a simple cowl made using the star stitch. To create the needed drape, the pattern uses worsted weight yarn and a size N/P (10mm) crochet hook.

You’ll only need one skein of yarn, so this is a great way to use up abandoned skeins in your stash. You’ll also need a tapestry needle for stitching the cowl together at the end.

As written, the cowl is about 7.5” wide and 30” long, but the pattern can easily be adjusted for whatever size you need. Just be sure to start with an odd number of stitches in your foundation chain.

You’re welcome to do whatever you’d like to with finished products made from this pattern but if you do sell them, I ask that you link back to my page.
