A simple stitch repeat is all you need to knit to create these beautiful little starburst motifs, it’s so much easier than you think! The Starburst Socks are knitted in Paintbox Socks yarn, shown here in shade Beach Hut from the Pixels colourways. Use a long circular needle and magic loop, or DPNs, whichever method you prefer.

● Set of 5 x 2 1⁄4mm (UK 13 - US 1) double pointed needles
(optional for cuffs)
● Set of 5 x 2 1⁄2mm (UK 12 – US 1 1⁄2) double pointed or
60-80cm/24-32in circular needles
